Édgar Gerardo González Elizondo (born February 23, 1983) is a Mexican professional baseball pitcher for the Saraperos de Saltillo of the Mexican League. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Oakland Athletics, Colorado Rockies, Houston Astros and Toronto Blue Jays and in the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) for the LG Twins. Edgar González Franco (born 3 July 1980 in Toluca) is a Mexican former footballer who most recently played as a striker for Potros UAEM. Career González made his debut with Club Toluca in the Apertura 2002 tournament against Necaxa. He made a total of 42 Primera appearances for Toluca before moving to Club América for the Apertura 2004. However, he only made two league appearances at America and he returned to Toluca for the Apertura 2006, making a further 36 appearances for them up to the end of the Clausura 2008. Edgar Victor Gonzalez (born June 14, 1978) is an American former professional baseball second baseman. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Diego Padres and in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Yomiuri Giants. Edgar González Estrada (born 1 April 1997) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for La Liga club Real Betis as a centre-back. Club career Born in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona, Catalonia, González joined RCD Espanyol's youth setup in July 2015, from UE Cornellà. On 1 July 2016, after finishing his formation, he returned to his previous club Cornellà, on loan for one year. González made his senior debut on 31 August 2016, playing the last 33 minutes in a 2–1 home defeat of UD San Sebastián de los Reyes, for the season's Copa del Rey. The following 3 July, after 13 appearances, he renewed his contract with the ''Pericos'' until 2020 and remained on loan at Cornellà for one further season.
